Shaun T just rocks the house! This program is incredible if you are a beginner or advanced. Tanya is the modifier and you will absolutely love her and her abs after having kiddos are a true motivator!




PiYo DEFINE YOURSELF



PIYO is your perfect mix of pilates and yoga! Chalene Johnson gives you all you need to shed those lbs and strengthen your core in ways you have probably never experienced!





HANDS DOWN, this is one of my FAVORITE workouts (next to T25 and P90X - ha!). This program has helped me reach levels I never thought I could. It is the perfect fat burning, muscle burning workout if you are OK with looking at a bunch of beasty men while sweating your butt off!





Well, if you hate veggies, this is the BEST bang for your buck, nutrient packed, take it on the run shake you can have in your pantry! As a crazy busy mom that has little time to actually sit and enjoy a meal (I mean when does THAT happen!?) this is the greatest and fastest way for me to get my nutrition! Also, it keeps me regular and curbs my cravings. I can also make protein bars with this! Ask me for the recipe. YUM!






21 Day Fix! What can I say! This program is your "get ready for a wedding", "get ready for a holiday weekend", "get ready for anything in 21 days!". This is a kick in your pants, get back to it or get right to it program! It combines cardio with weight training, yoga, pilates and more! Also, if you buy the challenge pack it comes with these AMAZING food portion containers and a book to tell you everything that goes in each one! This is the "no brainer EASY meal plan".



30 minutes. INSANE results.


So, this is the only program on my list I have YET to do, but it's one of my next when I finish my current program! I am a HUGE Shaun T fan and he has kicked my butt in T25 so you better believe he will kick it in INSANITY Max 30! But, hey, if you are an INSANITY fan look at the bright side! It's 30 minutes!!!!


3 DAY REFRESH LOSE WEIGHT AND FEEL GREAT!


Need a 3 DAY Kick in the Pants! Check out the 3 Day Refresh. It is a great way to kick start new healthy eating habits and get you on the right track. It includes 3 shakes a day, with a fiber sweep drink and you can combine green tea, a healthy salad, shakeology and some snacks with it!



Beachbody Challenge Packs!
